Charter Industry Training, Built by the People Who Run It.

Jet Mentis Academy is operator-built education for the aircraft charter broker side of the industry. It is for working charter brokers, for aviation professionals who want to move into brokering, and, from November 1, 2026, for anyone starting from zero. Jet Mentis Certified Broker (JMCB™) and Jet Mentis Charter Foundation are the first of many courses and classes, all written from inside Part 135 operations.

Jet Mentis Charter Foundation

For anyone who wants to get into the business, with no aviation background required. It is designed to give you the knowledge to start your own brokerage and to sit for JMCB. It is not a certification.

JMCB and Charter Foundation are where we’re starting. More courses and classes on aircraft charter will follow, each built to the same standard: the operator’s side of the trip, taught by people who run it.
JET MENTIS CERTIFIED BROKER

JMCB Is Open for Enrollment

JMCB is a certification for aviation professionals, built by people who run Part 135 operations. It teaches the regulations, requirements and restrictions that decide whether a flight can legally and safely go.

What it takes

Eight modules with a written exam after each, 16 of 20 to pass, then a one-hour oral evaluation with a JMCB evaluator. The oral is what certifies.

Self-paced

About 12 hours of coursework plus the oral. Start any time, on a phone or a computer.

What you get

A credential valid for 24 months, with a seal for your signature, website and profiles. $1,500 covers the modules, the exams and the oral.
