Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about the JMCB program, how it works, and what to expect — no sales pitch, just the facts.

What is the Jet Mentis Certified Broker (JMCB) program?

JMCB is a written and oral certification program built for working charter brokers. It's designed to build a real working knowledge of Part 135 operations — operational control, illegal charter avoidance, aircraft and crew realities, ethical quoting, and the standards that build real operator trust.

Who is this program for?

JMCB is built for aircraft charter brokers who want a stronger, more accurate understanding of Part 135 rules and how operators actually think. It is not a pilot training program and does not grant any FAA certificate or rating.

How is the program structured?

The program combines instructional video content with a written and oral exam. Total program length is approximately 18 hours, including about 4 hours of video instruction.

Does completing JMCB make me a licensed or certified broker with the FAA?

No. JMCB is an educational certification issued by Jet Mentis Partners, LLC — it is not an FAA license, certificate, or rating, and it does not replace any regulatory requirement. It's a demonstration of Part 135 knowledge, not a government credential.

What is the Jet Mentis Charter Foundation, and when does it launch?

Jet Mentis Charter Foundation is a program currently in development, covering the real operational realities of chartering aircraft — aircraft classifications, weather-driven decisions, and ATC delays. Details will be announced as the program is developed.
